Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns Policy

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of the sale date as long as the product is not used, not damaged, is in the same condition you received it in and is in the original packaging. If you wish to lodge a change of mind return, please email us with your intention to return and your order number. We will aim to email you back with confirmation within 1-2 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
  • You are responsible for freight costs associated with change of mind returns and will not be refunded for delivery and return shipping fees.
  • Orders must be returned by mail only to the address provided to you when your return is approved.
  • We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage caused during a return transit.
  • You will receive your refund once your return is received.

Faulty or Damaged Goods Refund Policy

If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and as much detail as possible regarding the fault. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we will email you with a confirmation for your refund and refund the price of the item to your original payment method.

Items Missing or Incorrect Items Policy

  • If your order has a missing item or the wrong item, please contact us with as much detail as possible.
  • If you are missing an item, we will aim to ship it out within 1-2 business days.
  • If you have received the wrong item, we will exchange it for the item you originally ordered or provide a refund if appropriate. We will cover the return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will reship the correct item and email you with a prepaid AUSPOST shipping label. Simply print off the label, stick it to the outside of our original box and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
