Shipping Policy 

We offer shipping Australia wide via Standard Australia Parcel Post. We aim to have your order picked, packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving it.

If you’ve realised you made a mistake or would like to change something after you’ve placed your order, contact us right away and we will try our best to accommodate your request if we haven’t shipped your order out yet.

Estimated Delivery

Orders shipped by Standard Australia Parcel Post are usually delivered within 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

This is an approximate shipping estimate and deliveries to rural areas may take longer to deliver.

Although we aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible, from time-to-time AUSPOST will experience delays outside of our control. For updates on delays, please visit AUSPOST’s website or refer to the tracking information provided with your order confirmation.

Tracking

You should receive an email with your order’s tracking information as soon as it has been dispatched. This tracking information will be sent to the same email address you used when placing the order. If you have not received confirmation of your order or a tracking link, please contact our team via email.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

We do not recommend leaving orders unattended, however, you may request this service with your delivery. We are not liable for packages that are left at your property with an ATL.
