SHIPPING POLICIES

We offer shipping Australia-wide via Standard Australia Parcel Post. We aim to have your order picked, packed, and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving it.

If you’ve realised you made a mistake or would like to change something after you’ve placed your order, contact us right away, and we will try our best to accommodate your request if we haven’t shipped your order out yet.

Estimated Delivery

Orders shipped by Standard Australia Parcel Post are usually delivered within 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking

You should receive an email with your order’s tracking information as soon as it has been dispatched. This tracking information will be sent to the same email address you used when placing the order. If you have not received confirmation of your order or a tracking link, please contact our team via email.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

We do not recommend leaving orders unattended, however, you may request this service with your delivery. We are not liable for packages that are left at your property with an ATL.

RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of the sale date as long as the product is not used, not damaged, is in the same condition you received it in, and is in the original packaging. If you wish to lodge a change of mind return, please email us with your intention to return and your order number. We will aim to email you back with confirmation within 1-2 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Goods Refund

If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and as much detail as possible regarding the fault. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we will email you with a confirmation for your refund and refund the price of the item to your original payment method.

Items Missing or Incorrect Items 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
