- Adults (including pregnant & breastfeeding women): 1 tablet 3 times daily, with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional
- Children (2+ years): Β½ to 2 tablets daily
- Children (1β2 years): ΒΌ tablet daily, crushed into powder form, or mixed with food

- Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
- Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate

- Contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea
