Directions

  • Children: 1-3 years: 2-3 capsules daily; 4-13 years: 2-4 capsules daily; 13+ years: adult dosage, or as instructed by a Healthcare Professional
  • Adults: 2-6 capsules daily
  • Pregnant and lactating women: maximum 4 capsules daily
  • Or as directed by a healthcare professional
